You will have a proven ability in using your exceptional analytical and communication skills to contribute to great litigation outcomes. Your background will demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and ownership. The following skills, experience and attributes will ensure your ongoing success: Tertiary qualifications in Law and hold a current Practicing Certificate More than 4 years post admission experience working in commercial or class action litigation Excellent technical legal and analytical skills, including a demonstrated track record of producing technically excellent legal work Exceptional influence and negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively and compassionately Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management, and working as part of a team Ability to listen, exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously Commercial acumen and interest in key issues in the class actions sector Passion, with a keen sense of social justice What next?
