Can you tell me more about what you do at VLSBC? Great question! We're really proud of the work we do. We are the regulator of the Victorian legal profession. We license lawyers and oversee service standards and conduct. This includes handling complaints about lawyers, investigating poor conduct and overseeing management of trust accounts. We are also the stewards of the public purpose and fidelity funds and administer these to support legal regulation and access to justice in Victoria. We are a modern best practice regulator, using data and insights to help identify where our actions can have the greatest impact on ensuring ethical and professional legal practice by Victorian lawyers. We're looking for a Project Lead, Lawyer Wellbeing Program to join our Lawyer Wellbeing Program team. The Project Lead provides program oversight and project coordination for the Lawyer Wellbeing Program, supporting the delivery of initiatives that improve the health and sustainability of the legal profession. We are looking for candidates with the following: Demonstrated experience in project planning, tracking, and reporting, ensuring alignment with scope, time, resources, and quality standards Understanding of systems thinking and experience in change programs Strong service delivery and customer-first mentality with demonstrated ability to understand different groups and deliver work that contributes to improved outcomes for them Experience with Jira or a similar program for managing work would be beneficial Previous experience in, or exposure to/understanding of, well-being within professional groups or organisations, will be highly regarded That sounds like me!
