Real Estate Lawyer About the Role: We are seeking a Real Estate Lawyer (3 5 years' PQE) to join our Brisbane office. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our specialist Real Estate Of Counsel and play a meaningful role in expanding our Australian real estate practice. This role offers exposure well beyond traditional property work. You will support and advise on real estate aspects of complex, large-scale corporate M&A and energy transactions, collaborating closely with corporate partners across Australia and globally. You will be trusted with significant responsibility and have the opportunity to contribute strategically from an early stage. Key responsibilities include: Supporting real estate matters within major corporate M&A, mining, and energy transactions Providing strategic and commercial property advice on complex deals Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising a wide range of transaction documents Conducting comprehensive legal due diligence Undertaking legal research and preparing high-quality written advice Analysing and summarising key documents and preparing detailed memoranda This role is ideal for a lawyer who wants to deepen their transactional expertise while gaining exposure to sophisticated, cross-border matters. About You: You will bring: 3 5 years' experience in corporate property and capital transactions Experience supporting M&A, mining, or energy practices (highly regarded) A strong academic record Excellent drafting and analytical skills Exceptional attention to detail The ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple teams You are commercially minded, proactive, and motivated to take ownership of your work.
