About the role: You’ll work closely with solicitors and assist in keeping matters moving from start to finish. Your role will include: Opening and managing files. Preparing initial correspondence and onboarding clients. Assisting with contracts for sale, letters, and standard property documentation. Liaising with agents, brokers, banks, and clients to coordinate settlements. Preparing and collating documents for exchange and settlement. General practice support such as billing support, filing, and matter administration. The ideal candidate: Have least 2 years’ experience as a paralegal in property and commercial law matters. Strong attention to detail. Confident written and verbal communication. Ability to manage competing deadlines. A client-first approach and professional phone manner.
