Efficiently managing data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness in updating client profiles. Proactively engaging with clients via calls, understanding their needs, and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns. Maintaining detailed and up-to-date profile notes within our system to facilitate comprehensive client understanding and support. Assisting in reporting activities, compiling data, and generating reports to aid decision-making processes. Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of support services. About you - As the successful candidate, you will bring: Experience within the health, community care or disability sectors will be highly regarded. Experience in making and answering calls, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective client communication and relationship-building. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks efficiently and prioritizing effectively. Proficiency in data entry and system management, with a keen eye for detail.
