Description Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to meet business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Optimise and maintain existing systems for improved performance and scalability. Document technical processes, designs, and solutions for future reference. Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their technical needs. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. Profile A successful Senior Engineer should have: Proven experience as a full-stack .NET engineer (C#), working across both legacy .NET Framework and modern .NET in production environments. Strong hands-on experience refactoring and improving legacy codebases, with a focus on lifting code quality, reducing technical debt, and improving maintainability. Demonstrated experience supporting or delivering on-prem to Azure migrations, with a solid understanding of modern cloud-based architectures. Practical experience working in event-driven, containerised environments, including the use of Kubernetes, monitoring, and alerting. Full-stack capability, with backend experience in modern .NET and front-end experience in Angular, plus a willingness to adapt to React or Blazor as the platform evolves.
