As an Informatica Specialist at Australian Retirement Trust, you will play a key role in designing, implementing and supporting enterprise-grade data integration and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions that underpin critical business outcomes. Working within the Data & Integration team, you will collaborate closely with technology and business stakeholders to ensure ART’s data platforms are robust, scalable and future-ready. Key responsibilities include: Design, implement and support multi-domain Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Informatica platform. Deliver high-quality data integration and ETL solutions that meet current and future business needs. Develop and maintain logical and physical data models, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Continuously improve ART’s data integration frameworks, with a strong focus on automation and adoption of new technologies. Ensure integration designs, database structures and documentation meet business, operational and support requirements. Provide technical oversight and quality assurance of Informatica usage across integration solutions. Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and mentoring to team members on Informatica tools and best practices. Contribute to broader technology strategy, innovation initiatives and continuous improvement across the Technology division. This role is a permanent opportunity. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Significant experience in a similar role within an ICT or enterprise data environment, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience. Extensive hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, including designing and managing data models within the MDM Hub. Strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and broader ETL and data integration methodologies. A solid understanding of Master Data Management architectures and associated business processes. Proven knowledge of data integration concepts, frameworks and best practices. Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server technologies and relational databases. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to senior, business-focused stakeholders. (Desirable) Informatica certification and/or experience working within the financial services or superannuation sector.
