The program strengthens alumni, donor, and community relationships through integrated, data‑driven capabilities that support personalised engagement, improved insights, and scalable philanthropic outcomes. The Senior Business Analyst (Technical – Data & Integrations) will translate complex business requirements into high-quality data and integration solutions. Working across multiple University divisions and with cross-functional technical teams, this role ensures data is accurately captured, transformed, governed, and activated to support strategic program objectives. You will bring : Postgraduate qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience Demonstrated experience as a senior Business Analyst on large, data‑focused implementations (e.g. Databricks, Power BI or similar platforms) Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Proven expertise in producing high‑quality data mapping, integration specifications, and technical documentation Experience supporting data validation, migration testing, and UAT Ability to quickly understand complex business processes, systems, and data flows A proactive, self‑motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and deliver outcomes in a dynamic program environment Appointment to this role is subject to the successful completion of relevant pre-employment checks, which may include verification of the right to work in Australia, qualification checks, and criminal history checks.
