As an Integration Planner , you’ll support the strategic planning and coordination of ART’s transformation portfolio. You’ll help maintain the Portfolio Integrated Plan, ensuring initiatives across programs, projects and business units are aligned, transparent, and resourced effectively. Working closely with project managers, initiative owners and senior stakeholders, you’ll contribute to integrated delivery plans, support scenario planning, and provide insight that enables informed decisionmaking across the organisation. This role suits someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, thrives on collaboration, and is motivated by delivering outcomes that matter. Day to day, you'll: Support the development and ongoing maintenance of integrated planning frameworks and processes Coordinate planning activities across transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment of timelines, dependencies and resources Collaborate with initiative owners, project managers and business stakeholders to gather inputs and validate planning assumptions Assist in preparing integrated delivery plans and roadmaps for governance and executive forums Monitor and report on planning performance, highlighting risks, issues and opportunities for optimisation Contribute to continuous improvement of planning tools, templates and methodologies Ensure planning data is accurate, consistent and integrated across systems and reporting platforms Support scenario planning and forecasting to inform strategic decisions Promote planning best practice and provide guidance to transformation teams Ensure compliance with ART’s governance, risk and financial management frameworks This role is a permanent opportunity.
