The Delivery Lead position is to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact technology solutions. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day project delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering timelines, business goals, and stakeholder expectations. From planning through execution and closure, the Delivery Lead plays a key role in driving structure amid ambiguity, fostering team collaboration, and keeping projects on track, on time, and on budget. Required skills and experience Essential Skills: Strong technical background with understanding of software development Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Risk management and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications preferred 3-5 years technical project management experience Experience in regulated industries (gaming/wagering) advantageous Roles & Responsibilites: Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects and initiatives Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, infrastructure) Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation Stakeholder communication and reporting on project status
