ConsultANZ is looking for a Pump Operator to work on major piling and deep foundation projects in Sydney. You will operate pumps that support concrete, grout, slurry, and dewatering for bored piling, CFA piling, diaphragm walls, and other foundation works. Our client delivers complex piling and ground engineering projects, including large-scale basements, commercial developments, infrastructure works, and deep foundation solutions in urban and industrial areas. Main Responsibilities Operate pumps and fluid-handling equipment safely and efficiently on site. Set up flow rates and pressures for concrete, grout, and piling operations. Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on pump equipment. Work closely with piling crews and site teams to maintain workflow. Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures. Requirements 3–5 years’ experience operating pumps on civil or piling sites. Holds relevant plant operator tickets and licences. Knowledge of pump systems, fluid handling, and safe work practices.
