Description The Associate Consultant is responsible for developing/maintaining positive customer experiences, while taking steps to organically increase customer profitability and maximise the retention period of assigned customers. As an Associate Consultant, you will understand the demands of the position, be a champion of our vision and values, support team members and deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This role is expected to achieve assigned KPI’s and provide ownership and accountability with exceptional communication from start to finish. Skills And Experiences Minimum 2 years in customer service role. Minimum 1 years in similar role within a technology relate vertical. Basic understanding of Current Key Business Technologies and concepts. Strong Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and any other relevant tools within reason. 2 years in similar role within a traditional Managed Services Provider. Strong understanding of core Solution Selling concepts. Strong understanding of Current Key Business Technologies and concepts, that can be reinforced by a previous customer or referee. Strong presentation skills. Experience with ConnectWise Manage. Experience with BrightGauge and/or Power BI.
