We’re seeking a Senior Solaris Engineer & Mulesoft Specialist to maintain and modernise enterprise UNIX infrastructure and Mulesoft integration platforms. You’ll support Solaris SPARC environments and manage API integrations across Cloudhub and Anypoint, ensuring system stability, security, and performance across hybrid cloud environments. Contract: 2 years (Initially 12 months with extension) Rate: $135–$175/hr Super Location: Canberra – Hybrid Security: NV1 Clearance (Mandatory) Key Responsibilities Administer Solaris, Linux, and UNIX systems Manage Mulesoft Cloudhub & Anypoint platforms Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications and certificates Automate tasks using Ansible and manage Solaris SPARC clusters Maintain ZFS, EXTx, XFS, NFS file systems Support Linux VMs in Microsoft Azure Participate in after-hours on-call as required Required Skills & Experience (6 Years) Oracle Solaris (Zones, SPARC, Automated Installer) Solaris Cluster, OLAM, Ansible automation RedHat, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu builds and hardening Mulesoft Cloudhub & Anypoint administration Certificate management and integrations Linux VM administration in Azure Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis Team & Reporting You’ll work within the Cloud & Platform Systems team with senior and junior admins, database and integration specialists.
