The key duties of the position include The Role This role offers a distinctive opportunity to contribute as a foundational member of the Learning Futures and Governance Branch, where you will work independently with a reasonable level of autonomy and be accountable for the achievement of your work outcomes. You will be required to provide learning and development technical advice in relation to complex work whilst contributing to strategic planning, program and project management and policy development. You will at times be required to coach or lead a team and be accountable to set work priorities and manage work flows, whilst being capable of building team capability through coaching, feedback and developing the quality of work undertaken by others within a work unit.
