About the role: You will coordinate the preparation of new, used, and demonstrator vehicles, ensuring they meet BMW and MINI’s premium standards before delivery. You will also support the Aftersales team by managing customer communication, service bookings, invoicing, and maintaining a high‑quality reception environment. This role works closely with workshop staff, technicians, and suppliers to keep service flow smooth and customers informed.
