The important parts: 8:30am – 5:00pm or 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday $37.50 p/hr Start Immediately What you will be required to do: Responding to phone, email, and in-person customer enquiries Accurate order entry, purchase orders and data processing Providing sales and administration support for the external sales team Assisting walk-in customers at the trade counter Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up To be successful in the role you will: Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service/internal sales role Thrives in a responsive, team-oriented environment with strong attention to detail A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills Computer literacy including MS Office (Excel), ERP system SAP experience is an advantage Ability to multitask, work autonomously, and meet deadlines Driver licence and own transport Unrestricted working rights in Australia What’s on offer for you: Work close to home Great pay rate Great team Environment Synergie Australia delivers a full 360º recruitment solution, consisting of temporary and permanent recruitment services , and more.
