As a Project Officer , you’ll contribute to programs and initiatives that partners with Aboriginal communities to deliver impactful grant funded solutions. Your role involves providing practical project support, clear advice and reporting, responding to grant‑related questions, and helping staff administer grants smoothly. To learn more about the role please review the Role Description. We're Looking For Grant Administration: Experience in administering community grants, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Analytical & Reporting: Proficient in preparing reports, briefs, and recommendations to improve service delivery. Knowledge & Expertise: Ability to respond to complex enquiries, support internal teams in the compliant administration of grants, and prepare clear documentation. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and relationship management skills to effectively and sensitively engage with a wide range of stakeholders, as well as demonstrated understanding of the needs of Aboriginal communities. Compliance & Governance: Sound understanding of compliant grant administration, with the ability to support staff through clear guidance, accurate information, and effective processes.
