About the position This is a full-time, permanent Commercial Property Administration Assistant role based in the Fremantle office. This is a varied position combining reception, lease administration, and property administration responsibilities, supporting Directors, Asset Managers, and Property Managers in the day-to-day management of a substantial commercial property portfolio. You will play a key role in maintaining lease records, supporting tenant administration, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting processes, while acting as a professional first point of contact for tenants and stakeholders. This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
