Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive FIFO Site Administrator to provide high-quality administrative, coordination and on-site support to the Decarb Delivery Projects team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth project operations across IB Junction and associated hubs. The position requires a confident administrator who can work independently in a fast-paced site environment while managing documentation, reporting, mobilisation support, contractor coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a hands-on, high-volume role suited to someone with strong site admin experience in mining or heavy industry. Key Responsibilities Site Administration & Support Provide daily administrative support to site leadership, supervisors and project teams. Manage document control, data entry, filing systems and maintenance of accurate records. Coordinate site meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and distribute action items. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new site personnel as required. Mobilisation & Workforce Coordination Support mobilisation processes, including flights, accommodation, rosters and onboarding documentation. Liaise with labour hire providers, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure all personnel are compliant prior to site access. Maintain and update site rosters, timesheets and personnel tracking systems. Logistics & Operational Support Assist with coordination of deliveries, equipment, materials and site logistics as required. Maintain registers for equipment, PPE, permits and other site-based documentation. Support supervisors in ensuring all site activities are recorded, monitored and compliant. Reporting & Compliance Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly site reports. Assist with safety administration, including incident reporting, KPI data, HSE record management and audit preparation. Ensure all documents, processes and workflows meet governance, compliance and record-keeping standards. Skills & Experience Required Experience in a site-based administrative role —ideally mining, construction or heavy industry. Strong capability in site administration, mobilisation, rosters and document control. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to work independently across long shifts in a remote site environment. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP/site systems (SAP, JDE, Pronto or similar). Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy. Personal Attributes Highly organised, reliable and proactive.
