About the role This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong admin foundations while working alongside a supportive legal secretarial team. You'll enjoy a varied role, including admin tasks, client service, and reception duties, while helping make our office a warm, polished, and welcoming space. You'll be the first friendly face clients meet and a go-to person who ensures the office operates seamlessly behind the scenes. What you'll be doing Administrative Support Opening, closing and organising client files Managing diaries and coordinating schedules Drafting simple correspondence Preparing and compiling briefs and court documents Assisting with monthly billing and expense processing General admin support—photocopying, scanning, printing Assisting secretaries as needed, including during leave periods Reception & Front of House Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth Answering calls and taking clear, accurate messages Maintaining meeting rooms to a high standard Coordinating office facilities and supplier support Keeping kitchen supplies stocked and organised Supporting catering for meetings and seminars Assisting Business Development & Marketing with events What you'll bring Around one year of experience in a professional office (reception, admin or similar) A friendly, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Professional presentation and a strong sense of customer service Great communication skills—written and verbal Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle tasks Confidence working independently Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, electronic filing) Basic understanding of AV equipment Why you'll love working with us You'll join a supportive team where you can learn, grow and build the foundations of a rewarding career in a professional services environment.
