Job Description Permanent, Full-Time, Hybrid Working (2 days WFH / 3 days in office) The Regulation and Accreditation Officer supports the Head of Regulation and Accreditation to maintain the College’s compliance across the VET and Higher Education sectors. The role monitors regulatory changes, assists with accreditation submissions, manages evidence and documentation, and contributes to internal quality and compliance activities. Through accurate reporting and collaboration with academic and operational teams, the position helps protect the College’s regulatory standing and program quality. This is a hybrid role offering flexible working arrangements with 2 days working from home and 3 days in office. Key Responsibilities will include: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements, advising on impacts and recommendations. Prepare, review and submit accreditation documentation, ensuring records remain accurate, compliant and accessible. Coordinate audits and site visits, including conducting internal compliance checks and reporting outcomes. Review, update and benchmark policies, procedures and curricula to meet regulatory standards. Provide guidance and training to staff and support governance committee administration and related processes.
