Our client, a prominent Education Facility located South of the River, is currently seeking a dynamic Administration Officer to provide professional assistance primarily with tracking, updating and distribution of all policies and procedures. You will demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, initiative, attention to detail and display a pragmatic approach to all Compliance, Regulatory and School registration matters. You will need to have the flexibility to work in both a team and autonomous environments, a positive outlook and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands. Essential Criteria: A tertiary qualification with at least 5 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience, qualifications, and training Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Exceptional time-management and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to make decisions when required and to be proactive Excellent presentation Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Current National Police Clearance (less than 6 months) Current Working With Children WA Check Previous experience working in an Education Facility will be highly regarded.
