As a Rostering Coordinator , you’ll play a critical role supporting Community In Home Care by coordinating staff and client schedules that keep our services running smoothly. Exciting opportunity to work from home for 3 days per week. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where organisation, communication, and compassion come together. About the Role Reporting to the Senior Coordinator – Rostering , you will: Plan, coordinate, and adjust client and staff rosters in line with service needs and Enterprise Agreements Communicate with clients, staff, and stakeholders regarding services and shift changes Manage leave coverage using internal staff and agency providers Maintain accurate records across systems including Alayacare and CRM Complete compliance-related rostering tasks, reporting, and general administration Escalate staffing risks and shortages when required Ensure all interactions are respectful, confidential, and aligned with WMQ values What We’re Looking For Relevant business qualification or equivalent experience Proven experience coordinating rosters with minimal supervision Experience working with aged care and/or disability services Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Alayacare or CRM systems highly regarded Flexible, team-oriented approach with a commitment to learning Essential Requirements Proof of vaccination status as required by legislation and WMQ policy Relevant probity checks Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive Why Join WMQ?
