The successful candidate will have proven experience in developing and delivering community-focused events and exhibitions, working collaboratively with partners, supporting marketing efforts, branch operations including customer service and collection development. The role also includes providing support to the Team Leaders. Qualifications And Experience Completion of a degree course or through lesser formal qualifications with relevant work skills and eligibility for professional membership to ALIA Experience in the provision of information services including online resources. Working with Children check Demonstrated skills and aptitude developed in a customer service environment. Selection Criteria Qualifications and experience as listed above. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet organisational strategic outcomes Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with a range of people from diverse backgrounds, cultures and abilities. Considerable experience in a range of IT applications and digital technologies including hand held devices. Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of community programs, events and activities. Demonstrated ability to champion, model and promote the corporate values.
