Key Responsibilities: General Duties · Track, collate, and monitor the progress of Site Instruction workflows. · Facilitate daily FAP (Field Activity Plan) discussions and verify entries into the delay card system. · Analyze and verify daily time writing against observed progress and the FAP. · Identify and escalate manning/progress concerns to the Superintendent. · Work with Supervisors to quantify daily progress and update weekly progress cycles against schedules. · Prepare and present weekly progress reports for review by Superintendents and Perth-based stakeholders. · Ensure accurate PPMS and SMS data migration that aligns with project schedules and budgets. · Support the Commissioning team by providing weekly progress reports. HSE Responsibilities · Maintain a Personal Safety Action Plan and create a safe working environment. · Adhere to UGL|Altrad Services safety and environmental standards and legislative requirements. · Conduct safety audits at required frequencies to ensure compliance and high safety standards. · Assist the project in achieving or exceeding safety KPI targets. Communication · Build proactive relationships with both internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction. · Effectively express ideas both verbally and in writing, adjusting communication styles to suit varying audiences. About You: To succeed in this role, you will have: · Electrical or Mechanical background (preferred). · Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Controls. · Background in oil and gas brownfield project management (preferred). · QS qualification or equivalent education and experience. · Prior FIFO role experience is preferred. · Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-driven environment. · Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail.
