Senior Human Resources Advisor KingKira Group is a proudly 100% female Aboriginal‑owned environmental services business based in the Pilbara, providing sustainable waste management and industrial services across Western Australia. We’re now seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to support our growing team. This role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar HR position, with strong capability across employee and industrial relations, payroll compliance, and leadership coaching. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and take pride in closing out matters thoroughly and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on employee and industrial relations matters Manage end-to-end casework including investigations, performance management and disciplinary processes Ensure compliance with employment legislation and payroll requirements Coach and support leaders to build capability and drive performance Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across HR processes and practices Contribute to broader HR initiatives About You: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Senior HR Advisor or similar role Strong knowledge of employment legislation Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide, develop and support others Demonstrated experience in payroll compliance and interpretation Experience with Fair Work matters Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to see matters through to resolution A proactive mindset, always looking for improvement Lead with care, integrity, and professionalism Confident managing complex and sensitive matters Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Able to prioritise and perform in a fast-paced environment This is an opportunity for a driven HR professional who values precision, accountability, and people-first leadership, and who enjoys making a meaningful impact across the business.
