Executive Assistant Salary: $97,955 - $111,142 (plus superannuation) Ongoing position Usual hours of work: Full Time (flexibility may be available) Initial work location: 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (flexibility may be available) The Role We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), workflow management, facilities and maintenance management, and assisting with reporting and project functions, within the Office of TAFE Coordination and Delivery (OTCD) Executive Office. You will be required to work independently as well as in a small team alongside the Principal Advisor and Senior Advisor to ensure that the CEO office functions efficiently and effectively at all times. To be successful in this role you will have a keen eye for detail, strong administration skills, excellent organisational and communication skills, good management of administrative functions and processes, project management skills, and demonstrated capacity to manage relationships within the OTCD, across the department, and with external stakeholders. Main accountabilities : Provides specialist administrative and corporate support expertise Applies negotiation persuasion and motivation skills to manage staff and stakeholders Contributes expertise to a team working on complex projects Authoritative in application of processes Manages projects, usually under limited direction Resolves operational service delivery problems consistent with program objectives Interprets and applies business plans and policies to own area of responsibility The Team The position of Executive Assistant forms a part of Office of TAFE Coordination and Delivery, Office of the CEO, which sits within Skills and TAFE Group. The Skills and TAFE (S&T) Group focuses on enabling Victorians to access the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to participate in today's workforce, prepare for future jobs, and achieve their educational aspirations.
