Job Description As a Campos Coffee Business Development Manager, you’ll be a frontline advocate for us, promoting and protecting our brand within the wider coffee community. You’ll be the go-to person for our current Wholesale Cafe Partners in a territory within in the Brisbane metro and greater areas, including a few regional QLD customers. You’ll understand our product and purpose inside out. In this dynamic role you won’t be stuck behind your desk. You will be on the road, building and maintaining relationships by practising industry leading service and selling award winning coffee. In this role, you’ll love the ability to: Build and foster great relationships with a focus on quality, retention, and growth. Win new accounts and open up exceptional specialty coffee to everyone. Represent and showcase Campos at industry events and other forums. Train and maintain our Wholesale Café Partners to meet our quality and presentation standards. Strategize with our Wholesale Café Partners to increase their profitability and to meet their goals. Educate and inspire our prospect customers about what it means to be a Campos Wholesale Café Partner.
