About the Project We are looking for an experienced Power BI Consultant to deliver a suite of integrated dashboards that combine service delivery and financial performance insights. This is a fixed-scope contract project requiring on-site work in Melbourne for collaboration and the secure handling of data. Ideal for someone seeking a short-term engagement, this project offers a clear scope, autonomy, and immediate start. Project Scope (Fixed Deliverables) The following dashboards and data integrations form the defined scope of this project. The successful consultant must demonstrate capability to connect via APIs, import data, and map relationships between systems to deliver the insights listed below. ️ Service Desk Dashboards Core Dashboards & Insights: · Ticket Volume & Trends (by type, priority, client) · Technician Performance (resolution time, SLA compliance) · Client Satisfaction (CSAT scores and feedback trends, by customer and by resource) · Recurring Issues (top categories, root cause analysis) · Workload Distribution by Customer / Resource Financial Dashboards & Reporting 1. Budget vs Actual – P&L · Overall, PS (Professional Services), MS (Managed Services), SecOps, Sales 2. Forecast vs Actuals (Conversion Rate) – P&L · Overall and by service line (PS, MS, SecOps, Recurring, Sales) 3. Top 10 Customers by Revenue (with drill-downs) · Overall, PS, MS, SecOps, Recurring (Software / Subscription / Hardware) 4. Top 10 Customers by Profit (with drill-downs) · Same breakdown as above (Overall, PS, MS, SecOps, Recurring) 5. Sales – Target vs Actual (Commission & Incentives) · Logic to be defined (collaboration with internal stakeholders) · New Business vs Existing · Processed / Pending · Input data from Excel sheet once plan is set · Profit & Loss (monthly, YTD, by service line) 6.
