You will work with customers to design and implement integration solutions between T1 products and third-party applications, enabling seamless system connectivity and operational efficiency. What you'll be doing… As a Business Consultant, your duties will include but are not limited to: Deliver Base Integrations consulting activities across design validation, configuration, and testing to drive best practice. Own the program end-to-end reports, change requests, proposals, timesheets and keep stakeholders aligned and informed. Identify and manage risks / issues (including CARs) while balancing commercial decisions with great customer outcomes Partner with internal stakeholders across Product and Industry teams and mentor peers to delivery life quality, while meeting scope, time and utilisation goals under the AMS methodology. Lead discovery workshops with our customers and translate requirements into pragmatic base integration solutions Your Talents… Sound knowledge and technical understanding across a range of TechnologyOne's products Strong presentation skills with excellent communication, leadership, and customer care Strong business process analysis, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Systems thinking (understanding upstream/downstream impacts) Gap analysis and solution design capability Data analysis and interpretation skills Understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), web services, and middleware Knowledge of data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) ETL concepts and data transformation logic Experience with system integration patterns Basic SQL and database knowledge Familiarity with authentication methods (OAuth, SSO, tokens) Why Join us?
