About The Role Due to continued growth, Contract Resources is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join our Workshop team in Jandakot, WA. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible, family‑friendly position, with approximately 30 hours per week on a casual basis. Reporting to the Materials & Logistics Supervisor, this position plays a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day administration of the workshop. This role is hands‑on and varied, with a strong focus on high‑volume data entry, maintaining accurate records, and supporting workshop and materials in day to day operations. Duties will include but not limited to High‑volume and accurate data entry across multiple systems Maintaining accurate data and equipment records Liaising with booking coordinators, materials and service providers Assisting with timesheet entries Raising and receipting purchase orders Assisting with stock and inventory administration Supporting mobilisation and demobilisation paperwork Preparing and maintaining equipment and compliance documentation Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders General administrative support to the workshop and operations teams Identifying and assisting with continuous improvement opportunities Complying with all company policies, procedures and safety requirements Requirements & Experience Needed Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within a workshop, logistics or operational environment Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment Experience liaising with internal teams and external providers Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Asset Booking Systems experience (Desirable) A proactive and reliable approach to work Confident communication skills Full Australian work rights How to apply If you are seeking a challenging and rewarding role with a dynamic, growing organisation, please select the ‘Apply Now’ button to submit your application.
