Some of the SeComPass services are: Development of Security Strategies, Enterprise Security and Privacy Architectures Leading Security and Privacy transition/migration programs Performing Security and Privacy audits Security and Privacy certifications. We are growing at a fast pace and to accommodate that growth, SeComPass is seeking to recruit a Security Consultant/Manager. The ideal candidate(s) will work with our enterprise clients to help them build their security and privacy risk programs, using their risk management Frameworks and Methodologies such as VPDSF, ISM, PSPF, NIST, SOC2 assurance (AICPA), SOCI, PCI, ISO27001/ISO27701, GDPR, HIPAA. Experience & Qualifications for the Security Risk Consultant: Relevant Security certifications and experience in security risk management frameworks like COBIT and ISO31000. At least 5 years of experience in managing security assessment/engagements/programs/practices Experience in any of the following roles is an asset: IS/IT Consultant, Information Security Manager, IT Security Manager, IT Risk & Compliance Manager Requirements The ideal candidate would: Have a CISM/CISSP or a master’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems/Cyber Security/IT/ Management or related disciplines. Have skills in Planning, managing and organising the delivery of security services to clients. Can ensure that organisation’s vision, strategies, processes, people and technologies are aligned and organised effectively to optimise cybersecurity in support of their business goals. Have excellent communication skills with audience appropriate messaging. Have experience in development and delivery of operating models within service organisations. Building and development of the Security and Privacy Risk practice.
