About the role Supervise all site activities allocated to construction team members, ensuring safe working practices in accordance with client safety systems and processes. Plan & ensure environmental management of construction activities in accordance with client’s environmental management systems and processes. Ensure team members complete allocated scope in accordance to specifications of the project Planning of all construction activities in consultation with the Project Engineer, including the setting of priorities and allocation of available resources to ensure objectives and deadlines are met. · Ensure final product complies with all standards and specifications developed, including the final QA and approval of the completed works. · Work with the asset and assurance team to ensure all Quality (workmanship and standards compliance) requirements associated with the scope of work are fully understood and carried out · Communication of changed process documentation to stakeholders and to ensure planned introduction across all locations · Responsible for the implementation and delivery of the quality improvement strategy in line with agreed goals and objectives About you At least 5 years’ experience as an electrical supervisor in a construction related environment Electrical Qualifications Must have an Australian Drivers Licence Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands (and a proven knowledge of QA & completions roles) Strong communication skills (oral & written) including good negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
