Our opportunity We have an opportunity for a Learning Program Administrator to join our team. You will play a key role in enabling the delivery of high‑quality learning experiences across Mirvac. The role provides essential administrative, logistical, and systems support to ensure learning programs are delivered smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, the Learning Program Administrator is responsible for day‑to‑day coordination, communications, and data administration, contributing to a positive learner experience and strengthening Mirvac’s learning culture. Program & Event Administration Coordinate the end-to-end administrative and logistical requirements of learning programs and events. Book venues, organise catering, schedule presenters, and confirm AV/technology requirements. Manage participant registrations, waitlists, and attendance records. Prepare program materials, pre‑work, and post‑program communications and follow‑ups. Provide administrative support for flagship learning initiatives, such as Mirvac Masters. Stakeholder Support & Communication Manage the Mirvac Learning mailbox and respond to queries within 48 hours. Provide clear, professional communication to participants, facilitators, and internal stakeholders. Onboard new vendors and liaise with external learning providers to support smooth program delivery. Learning Systems & Data Administration Maintain accurate learning records across multiple learning platforms, including session setup, enrolments, cancellations, and completions. Prepare learning reports and dashboards for key stakeholders. Monitor participation, completion, and compliance requirements. Continuous Improvement & Operational Support Assist with analysing evaluation data, survey results, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Recommend enhancements to learning processes, templates, and workflows. Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning operations and the overall learner experience. General Support to the Learning and Talent team Provide ad hoc administrative support to broader Learning & Development initiatives as required. About you You will have at least 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally within Learning & Development, Human Resources, or related corporate functions; coupled with coordinating training programs and events, managing scheduling and logistics to support smooth delivery. You are confident working with digital platforms and systems, with exposure to Learning Management Systems considered beneficial. Your experience also includes providing professional stakeholder communication and support in a corporate environment. You will have strong organisational capability, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities at once. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in learning management systems and Microsoft Office applications. The ability to interpret basic data and support reporting and tracking activities is also important. A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service underpin success in this position.
