Key Responsibilities Front desk reception and patient check-in Managing a busy phone system and appointment scheduling Supporting multiple doctors across a specialist practice Handling patient enquiries, referrals and correspondence Billing, invoicing and payment processing Maintaining accurate patient records and systems Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist (specialist practice preferred) Ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced environment Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite & Xestro.
