Job Description We are seeking the expertise of a Administration & Marketing Assistant to support our highly successful Investment Services team based in our Sydney CBD office. As a member of the team, some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Working closely with the Head of NSW and other senior Agents to coordinate and prepare reports, submissions, presentations, and other documentation. Managing campaigns and reviewing marketing collateral, as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Updating and maintaining the CRM database. Finance related administration which includes reconciling and actioning invoices and expenses. Coordinating and participating in team meetings. Organising travel and other related arrangements for the team.
