What your day would look like: Assist the CEO with projects, training, meeting prep, and attending strata/client meetings. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, inspections, and ensure statutory compliance. Support onboarding and integration of new managements. Manage workflow, prepare documents, handle enquiries, maintain key registers, and assist with ad-hoc duties. Use StrataMaster/Filesmart to track disbursements, update insurance, and maintain compliance. Liaise with clients and stakeholders on accounts, legislation, repairs, and general enquiries. The Person Proven experience in executive support or administration within the real estate or strata industry Be able provide a high standard of work Demonstrate high levels of initiative and be able to work autonomously with little direction Have exceptional administration skills, a highly developed communication style Valid NSW Strata Licence or Certificate of Registration preferred Reliable car and drivers licence The Perks: Weekends off?
