Your duties will include: End-to-end portfolio management Landlord and tenant liaison Maintenance coordination Arrears management Routine inspections Tribunal attendance when required Ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer service This is a well-structured portfolio within a supportive team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality property management without being overloaded.
