Tecside are partnering with a global organisation operating in the energy, engineering, and industrial manufacturing sector to recruit a Commerical Project Administrator. This role provides critical commercial and administrative support across parts and project operations and will suit someone with strong SAP experience and a background in commercial or finance administration. Key responsibilities Assist with offer calculations and purchase order approvals Review debtors' reports and follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments Support customer invoicing, goods receipt entries in SAP, purchase orders, currency management and month-end activities Collaborate with Commercial Project Managers and finance teams to support cost-efficient delivery of goods and services Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc commercial tasks Data reconciliation, processing, and spreadsheet management Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the development of commercial tools Work collaboratively within a team environment and across internal stakeholders About you 2-3 years' experience in a commercial, finance, or administrative role SAP experience (essential) Intermediate Excel skills (essential) Experience with Power BI, Macros, or VBA (highly regarded) High attention to detail with a proactive and organised approach Ability to clearly present ideas and suggest process improvements Strong communication skills If you're a commercially minded Commercial Project Administrator looking to step into a role with genuine depth, structure, and long-term opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
