The Role: Collections Officer Financial Services industry Must have previous customer service or collections experience from financial services or banking industry Must be able to start on the 2nd of Feb and commit to a 6-month contract Hybrid working Eastern suburbs of Melbourne Key Responsibilities: Provide solutions to all general finance inquiries via inbound phone and emails Effectively negotiate payment arrangements to support customers' financial requirements Ensure payment arrangements reduce delinquency effectively Ensure transactions are completed per policy and process guidelines Key Requirements: Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a call centre environment Collections experience desirable Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work across multiple technology platforms, monitors, and multi-task during calls If this sounds like you, please APPLY immediately.
