Description The Financial Controller will be responsible or Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders and senior management. Manage the transactional finance team and 2 x Financial Accountants Produce the year end statutory accounts and be POC for the auditors Inventory Accounting and ownership of this Business partner with Corporate and be involved in Corporate Accounting Manage cash flow and forecasting activities to ensure financial stability. Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals. Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial performance and operational efficiency. Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard the organisation's assets. Profile A successful Financial Controller should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA or CA. Strong experience within the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment. Exposure to a global organisation Background in audit preferred Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members effectively. A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
