They are seeking a Senior Associate to lead high-level tax & advisory work, mentor teams & support strategic client outcomes across a broad range of portfolios. The Role The primary responsibility for this role is to support the leadership team in serving their clients' more complex advisory needs Lead complex tax, advisory & restructuring projects (beyond compliance) Provide strategic tax & structuring advice to sophisticated clients Operate alongside 4-5 high-performing accounting teams Review work & be the go-to tax subject matter expert Train, mentor & guide a team of experienced tax business services managers Develop & maintain network & quality referral relationships Support new client growth, onboarding & professional referral relationships Contribute to firm leadership, strategic direction, systems improvement & technical training & leadership development About You The ideal candidate will be a technically strong business advisory professional from a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm background, ready to step into a leadership role with a clear pathway to partnership. The successful candidate will have: 10 years’ Australian Big 4 or mid-tier business advisory experience Strong network, referral & business development / relationship expertise Strong strategic tax knowledge & commercial mindset Proven mentoring & leadership of a team of experienced senior managers.
