Delivery Lead - ERP 6-Month Contract (FTC or Day Rate) $185k Super (FTC) or $950 per day Inclusive Financial Services | Melbourne | Hybrid Talenza has been engaged by a leading Financial Services organisation to appoint an experienced Delivery Lead - ERP at a pivotal and highly visible stage of a major enterprise transformation. The ERP platform is approaching the end of build and is entering the most critical phase of the program - testing, readiness and go-live. The organisation requires a proven delivery leader to land this transformation successfully. This is where execution matters most. The Opportunity This role sits at the heart of a large-scale business and technology uplift. With significant investment already made, the focus now turns to stabilising delivery, managing risk, and ensuring a controlled and successful transition into production. You will lead delivery across SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live, working across Finance, Risk, Operations and Technology to ensure operational readiness and regulatory alignment. This is a high-accountability role with strong executive visibility. Key Responsibilities Own delivery through System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT and Go-Live Drive cutover planning and business readiness activities Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Compliance and Technology Coordinate Systems Integrator and vendor partners Provide structured executive reporting and steering committee updates Manage RAID across a complex enterprise environment Ensure delivery aligns with governance, audit and regulatory requirements Key Experience Required Demonstrated experience leading the final stages of a complex ERP implementation Strong exposure to platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Workday or similar Financial Services domain experience (Banking, Wealth, Insurance or Superannuation) Experience navigating enterprise governance and regulatory environments Strong risk management and stakeholder leadership capability Proven ability to bring stability and focus during high-pressure go-live phases Benefits Near immediate start on a 6-Month Contract (Fixed-Term or Day Rate) $185k Super (FTC equivalent) or $950 per day inclusive Melbourne CBD | Hybrid working model Immediate or short notice start preferred Critical final phase of enterprise wide transformation
