About the role You will work with a talented finance team, support budgeting/capital works, deliver accurate reporting and work closely with senior leaders to enhance commercial performance. This is a 6 week assignment. Responsibilities Assist the asset management team with financial budget for FY27. Month end activities, internal controls and end to end financial processes. Manage budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and financial modelling. Provide financial insights, analysis, and business partnering to support commercial decision?making. Yardi experience - highly desired or role comes with training. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Tertiary qualifications in a finance related discipline, ideally CA/CPA qualified. Extensive experience across management accounting, commercial finance, reporting and financial modelling. Excellent communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and a proactive, hands?on approach.
