The Opportunity Join the Future Fund’s Procurement team as a Contract Management Enablement Lead for an 18 month Fixed Term Contract. This is a key role within the Risk, Enablement & Finance (REF) Business Unit. This is a unique opportunity to design and embed an enterprise wide Supplier Contract Management (SCM) capability that will materially uplift contract management maturity across the Agency. You will play a central role in strengthening value realisation, compliance, risk management, and supplier performance, while helping position Procurement as a strategic partner that enables the agency to focus on investing. This role is ideal for an experienced procurement or contract management professional who thrives in complex environments, enjoys building capability from the ground up, and can influence across a large organisation without formal authority. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and lead an enterprise wide Supplier Contract Management (SCM) framework, including templates, controls, governance, and enabling systems. Uplift contract management capability and maturity across business units through practical guidance, standards, and engagement. Directly manage a select number of complex, strategic supplier contracts to demonstrate best practice and deliver measurable outcomes. Establish and maintain a consolidated view of all supplier contracts and associated metadata Future Fund. Scope, assess, and support the selection of potential Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems. Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the Agency to understand current ways of working, business objectives, and risk considerations. Contribute to the broader uplift of Procurement as a strategic function, balancing policy, governance, and commercial outcomes. About You Ideally, a qualified procurement professional holding a recognised certification such as CIPS or WorldCC. Demonstrated experience across procurement functions, including proven leadership capability in complex environments. Proven experience managing end to end procurement activities, including strategy development, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution. Experience developing and delivering functional procurement strategies or leading significant improvement initiatives across an organisation. Strong capability in influencing senior leaders and key stakeholders, aligning procurement outcomes with organisational needs. Extensive experience partnering with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, solve complex problems, and align procurement solutions. Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with key partner functions such as Legal and Risk to streamline processes and achieve shared objectives. Experience managing supplier performance and continuous improvement, including developing and maintaining effective supplier relationships. Proven capability driving process improvement and maturity uplift, embedding best practice procurement approaches across an organisation. Experience operating in complex environments with multiple, interdependent initiatives, ideally within a government, financial, or investment context.
