The customer, financial, and commercial data is fragmented across multiple disconnected systems, which limits our ability to unlock new opportunities in a systemic way at scale. The Senior Commercial Data Analyst role has been created to address this capability gap. The role is responsible for building a customer level view to model, and support execution of pricing and base management opportunities across the Engage / Applications portfolio. The role will also create dashboards and business performance reporting. This is critical role which directly supports Sinch’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities include: Build and maintain a customer level model across disconnected data sources, to support commercial decision-making including scenario and pricing re-rating models. Develop a x-sell/upsell engine where we can look at impact of opportunities and build a next best action to recommend what the next sale is. Create and dashboards, reporting and Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) to manage business performance. Represent Engage/Applications at data forums. To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in a commercial, pricing, or data analytics role, ideally within a SaaS, telecom, or technology. Demonstrated experience working with fragmented datasets. Advanced analytical and modelling skills. High proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, BI tools) and comfort working across multiple data sources. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to apply analytical judgement to real business decisions. Proven ability to communicate to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making. Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Commercial teams.
