The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Administrator to support our site‑based team. This position is based 3.5 hours outside of Perth on a 2\:1 DIDO roster. Key Responsibilities: Provide administration support and direction to the site project team. Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and filing systems Assist with corporate functions, travel bookings, and mobilisation of employees and subcontractors Raise and maintain SAP purchase orders, goods receipting, journals, and resolving queries Support HSE compliance, including site inductions, hazard reporting, and input into safe work procedures Requirements to be successful: 3-5 years’ experience within a similar site-based role Experience with SAP (desirable) Strong MS Office skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and handle competing demands High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills Positive, proactive and resilient attitude Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels Why UGL Competitive remuneration package.
