We have a position available for an Electronics Technician to be based in the ACT. This is a key position on the team to support a diverse number of technologies in Defence, Government and Commercial areas. Our client is seeking candidates with significant experience in modern digital communications systems, including one or more of the following: RF Communications, RADAR, SONAR, Combat Systems, and Battlespace Land Communication domains. The Role: Act as an SME in your trade stream Act as a POC for internal and external stakeholders Identification, development, evaluation and recommendation of Installation, maintenance and repair of RF equipment Optimise signal quality, calibrate equipment Diagnosing faults, repairing, troubleshoot circut issues Test and repair to the specified requirements Undertaker reliability assessments Provide subject matter expert advice Experience Required: CERT IV in Communications, Electronics, or Electrical Experience in training and or instruction would be good Client management experience Experience in maintenance and repair of RF technology Demonstrated ability to identify, resolve and manage Security issues.
