The Company Working with a large, complex public-sector organisation responsible for managing critical infrastructure, standards, and regulatory frameworks across a statewide operating environment. The Role We are seeking an experienced Organisational Process Analyst to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end business processes supporting a new enterprise standards management framework. In this role, you will work across governance, change and digital delivery teams to translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into clear, practical and scalable process models. You will define process flows, decision points, role responsibilities and controls, ensuring processes are fit-for-purpose, auditable and aligned to digital platforms. You will facilitate process design workshops with technical and operational stakeholders, document current and future-state processes, and develop supporting work instructions and templates. A strong focus will be placed on usability, adoption and consistency across a large, regulated operating environment. The role also supports change and continuous improvement by identifying impacts to roles and capability, contributing to training and communication materials, and establishing measures to monitor process performance and effectiveness. This is a hands-on process design role, ideal for someone experienced in complex organisations who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to large-scale change. Your Profile You are an experienced organisational or process analyst with a strong track record of designing and embedding end-to-end business processes in complex, regulated environments. What you bring to the table: Proven experience in process design, documentation and optimisation within large or government-style organisations Strong capability in process modelling methodologies (e.g. BPMN, Lean, SIPOC or similar) Experience translating complex operational and regulatory requirements into clear, usable process flows and work instructions Confidence facilitating process design workshops and engaging diverse technical and operational stakeholders An understanding of how process design interfaces with governance, change and digital delivery You are highly organised, pragmatic and collaborative, with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and drive outcomes in evolving environments. Experience in transport, infrastructure, utilities or other regulated sectors is advantageous, as is exposure to process management tools such as Nintex Promapp or similar.
