You will be embedded within a high-volume Billing and Payments function that touches every customer monthly and represents a critical commercial and compliance lever. Executive focus is high, with a clear mandate to reduce leakage, cost and avoidable contact through disciplined process excellence. About the role You will partner with a senior Black Belt to drive rapid, measurable improvement across end-to-end billing and payment processes. The mandate is to reduce revenue leakage, eliminate outdated workarounds and standardise process to improve customer outcomes, operational efficiency and compliance integrity. This is enterprise-scale delivery with visible commercial impact. Two Continuous Improvement Specialists are required to support this program. Duties Lead end-to-end diagnostics across billing and payment value streams Quantify variation, leakage and compliance exposure Frame complex problems using structured, hypothesis-led thinking Facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive alignment and action Define measures, baseline performance and translate improvement outcomes into compelling stakeholder narratives Skills & experience Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with strong enterprise application, Black Belt advantageous Proven enterprise experience in high-volume operational environments Deep capability in E2E process diagnostics and bottleneck analysis Strong data literacy with demonstrated benefit realisation in Agile delivery environments Process mining or process intelligence experience advantageous Culture You will join a high-performing improvement team that values rigour, pace and tangible outcomes over theory.
